Dr. Camilo Garzón referred me to the specialist on May 7, 2024. Unfortunately, there were issues with the specialists staff changing the date of the appointment, leading me to attend an appointment scheduled for August 12. However, a staff member informed me that this was a mistake made by her and that I did not have an appointment with Dr. Sara Muller on that day, resulting in a loss of time and money.
I contacted Luisa, Dr. Garzón's secretary, who kindly scheduled an appointment for August 27. When I inquired about any additional fees, Luisa assured me that there would be no charge.
I am deeply grateful to Dr. Garzón for his professionalism and compassion. Additionally, Luisa exemplifies exceptional customer service.
